They have a mobile app that helps to monitor your transactions every day. Your balance will be shown every time you log in. The app comes with a daily graph as well as a cumulative graph that helps you analyse which days in the month have increased and decreased. There is also a section for you to see the percentage breakdown of each category of your expenditure. This is a good way for consumers, especially students, to learn how to budget their expenses better.

Did you know that you can earn BIG Points each time you spend with BigPay? These BIG Points will be transacted to you within 5-7 working days after the merchant has successfully settled the payment. Earn 1 BIG Point with every RM10 you spend. Unfortunately, BIG Points have an expiry date of 24 months (2 years) therefore, you cannot keep hoarding these points. The benefits of linking your BigPay and BIG Points account is that you get to save up to RM32 in processing when you are buying your flight tickets.
