Customers purchase products they fancy at the e-store and then decide whether they wish to have the items delivered to their homes or to collect them from a nearby Watsons store. You can also go through their online catalog and browse through the price list of the product list
If the customer elects to collect his purchases, he will receive a notification via SMS and email when his purchases arrive.
Watsons Offers
A delivery charge is incurred should the customers want to have the items delivered, the actual fee depends on whether the customer is in East or West Malaysia. Purchases above RM150 are delivered free if the destination is in West Malaysia, otherwise, RM10 is deducted from the total purchase should the destination be in East Malaysia.
